1. Services Provided

ProClean provides professional exterior and interior maintenance services, including but not limited to residential and commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, screen repair, and post construction cleanup. By booking a service, you agree to provide our team with safe access to the property and the specific areas requiring maintenance.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the initial information shared by the client and a preliminary assessment of the property. ProClean reserves the right to adjust the final price if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the service.

  • Residential Window Cleaning Prices: Based on the number of panes and accessibility.
  • Commercial Window Cleaning Cost: Based on square footage or hourly rates as specified in the contract.
  • Travel Fees: An additional travel fee may be applied for projects located in more remote areas or significantly far from our central service hubs in Davis, Salt Lake City, Summit, Tooele, Utah, Wasatch, and Weber counties.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. We request that clients provide at least 24 to 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee. ProClean also reserves the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather (high winds, heavy rain, or snow) to ensure the safety of our crew and the quality of the results.

4. Safety and Access

The safety of our technicians and your property is our top priority.

  • Access: Clients must ensure that all areas to be cleaned are accessible. This includes unlocking gates and moving furniture or fragile items away from windows and work zones.
  • Pets: For the safety of our crew and your animals, please ensure pets are secured during the duration of the service.
  • Working Conditions: ProClean reserves the right to refuse service if working conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g., faulty ladders not provided by us, structural instability, or aggressive animals).

5. Liability and Damage

ProClean is fully insured. While we take the utmost care with your property, we are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Pre-existing conditions, such as cracked glass, rotted wood, or loose siding.
  • Improperly sealed windows or doors during pressure washing.
  • Frail or brittle window screens that tear during standard removal.
  • Scratches on glass caused by post-construction debris (unless our specific post construction window cleaning protocol is requested and followed).

Clients must report any concerns regarding damage within 48 hours of service completion.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior arrangements have been made for commercial billing. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or late fees.

7. Intellectual Property
